  • 1. What is Usage Quota Top-Up?
    It allows you to purchase more quota for data usage. This facility is available to all active Postpaid Home & On-The-Go subscribers.
  • 2. Why do I need Usage Quota Top-Up?
    Upon depletion of your monthly usage quota, you need to top up the quota to be free from throttled speed.
  • 3. How do I purchase additional Usage Quota for my account?
    You may purchase through P1 Self-Care. Log in to P1 Self-Care and locate the Usage Quota Top-Up within the Services tab and follow the instruction to purchase your Usage Quota. The charges will be reflected in your next bill.
  • 4. I do not have a P1 Self-Care account. How to register for one?
    Go to P1 Self Care Registration and register for a P1 Self-Care account. You will need to get ready with your Account Number. The Account Number can be found on our Welcome Letter, E-Bill and SMS to you.
  • 5. What is "Validity Period" and how does it work?
    We offer Usage Quota Top-Up with 30-day validity. It means the additional quota purchased will be expired in 30-day time.
  • 6. Is there a limit to how many times can I purchase Usage Quota Top-Up in a month?
    You are allowed to purchase Usage Quota Top-Up up to RM265 (6% GST included) total in value in a month. Purchase of Usage Quota Top-Up is not available during COP (Cooling Off Period).
  • 7. How long it takes before I can surf on the normal speed after a successful purchase?
    The Usage Quota Top-Up will take effect in averagely 15 minutes time.
  • 8. Where do I check my remaining monthly Usage Quota & Usage Quota Top-Up for the month?
    Log in to P1 Self-Care and you may view it on the My Account page.
  • 9. Can I purchase Usage Quota Top-Up while I still have some balance in my monthly usage quota?
    Yes. We recommend you to purchase additional quota when your monthly usage quota is running low. This will ensure you to enjoy optimum online experience at all times.
  • 10. If I purchase Usage Quota Top-Up while I still have balance in my monthly usage quota, which one will be used first?
    Your newly purchased Usage Quota Top-Up will be used first. Once it is depleted, your monthly usage quota will be used.
  • 11. Is the unused Usage Quota Top-Up transferrable?
    No. The Usage Quota Top-Up is not transferrable.
  • 12. I have 1 GB of unused Usage Quota Top-Up and I want to cancel it. Can I get a refund?
    No. The purchased Usage Quota Top-Up is not refundable.
  • 13. I wish to discontinue my Postpaid plan subscription and I have not used up my Usage Quota Top-Up that I have purchased. Can I get a refund?
    No. The purchased Usage Quota Top-Up is not refundable.
  • 14. My Usage Quota Top-Up is going to expire today but I still have plenty of remaining balance. What will happen to the remaining balance?
    Your Usage Quota Top-Up will expire upon reaching the end of 30-day validity. Your remaining balance of Usage Quota Top-Up will be reset to 0.
  • 15. I have purchased a Usage Quota Top-Up on 26 Jan and I'd like to purchase another Top-Up on 28 Jan. What would be the new Expiry date?
    30-day from your latest purchase. In this case it means 30 days from 28 Jan. The balance of the previous Usage Quota Top-Up will be added together and enjoy the same expiry date.
  • 16. I realised that I've consistently exceeding my monthly usage quota. What other option do I have apart from this Usage Quota Top-Up?
    You may consider to upgrade your existing plan. Not only you will get higher usage quota, the speed will be faster as well.
